The Nail Factory is a community space in Dalbeattie, Galloway which has now re-opened.

We have an exciting range of artists and Makers who will be offering workshops, including childrens’ activities creating fables.

The Nail Factory writing group, Commingled, is led by Heather Taylor and meet on the third Friday of each month. There will be a poetry book launch with Claire Phillips.

Our ethos is to recycle, repurpose and reuse, and we run regular repair workshops. Come along and learn how to repair or fix almost anything from furniture to sewing, knitting and darning.

We also offer the Nail Factory as a meeting place, currently with Dalbeattie Allotments Association and a photography group. We are a dog-friendly place and plans are in progress to host an acoustic music club. Exciting times indeed.
